Mary J Blige: Children’s Book ‘Mary Can’ Available Now

Mary J Blige can and will continue to show how incredibly talented she is.

Her children’s book Mary Can is just one of the new endeavors added to the long list of accolades the “Good Morning Gorgeous” singer has under her gold-plated belt.

During Blige’s ET interview she explained how this book is her way of finding the positive in any negative situation.

[This book is] to let you know you can do anything in the world that you put your mind to and anything in the world that you wanna do that’s positive and that’s healthy,” explained Blige to a group of young listeners as they prepare for the reading, according to ET.

The book follows the story of a girl who really wants is to sing, and she isn’t about to let anyone tell her she can’t do it, according to the book’s description.
